Your care includes comprehensive evaluation and ongoing support from a physician and/or nurse practitioner, personalized treatment and medication management, monthly body composition analysis, and a Metabolic Burn Booster Injection. During your first month, we also provide an in-home blood draw with laboratory results review to establish your baseline and guide your treatment plan.

Laboratory testing fees are billed separately.
Laboratory testing charges are billed separately by Quest Diagnostics. For patients with health insurance, we can provide the appropriate laboratory orders and insurance information so the laboratory may bill your insurance when applicable. Coverage, deductibles, copays, and other patient responsibility depend on your individual insurance plan and the laboratory.
One month of Tirzepatide medication is included in the service fee.
Higher Tirzepatide doses may require an additional medication fee:

Long-term support for the progress you've made.
Available for established ONEW metabolic patients transitioning to maintenance care.
Maintenance care includes monthly home or virtual follow-ups with a Nurse Practitioner, ongoing medication management, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, progress monitoring, and body composition analysis during home visits. Physician consultation is available when clinically appropriate.
Maintenance-dose Tirzepatide medication is included in the service fee.
