ONEW Medicine & Aesthetics was founded by Johnny Kwon, MD, FACEP, a graduate of Yale University and Weill Cornell Medical College and a board-certified emergency medicine physician, together with Hyunsun Jo, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
Drawing on Dr. Kwon’s experience in emergency medicine and Hyunsun Jo’s diverse nursing background in inpatient care, the operating room, and plastic surgery, they shared a simple vision: healthcare should be more personal, more accessible, and centered around the patient—not the waiting room.
Today, ONEW brings together trusted medical expertise, surgical and aesthetic experience, and compassionate, individualized care to help patients receive the care they need—wherever they feel most comfortable.
Johnny Kwon, MD, FACEP
Johnny Kwon, MD, FACEP is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience, including 8 years serving as a Medical Director. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from Yale University and his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College.
Combining extensive clinical expertise with a personalized, patient-centered approach, Dr. Kwon is passionate about delivering exceptional concierge medical care tailored to each individual's needs. Through ONEW Medicine & Aesthetics, he provides thoughtful medical, wellness, and aesthetic care in the comfort and privacy of your home or at an arranged service location.
Hyunsun Jo, MSN, AGPCNP-BC
Hyunsun Jo is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing and has extensive clinical experience across operating room, medical-surgical, and aesthetic care settings.
Her professional background includes NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, Choi In Plastic Surgery, and Jacobi Medical Center, where she developed expertise in perioperative care, patient wellness, and patient-centered healthcare.
As Co-Founder of ONEW, she is committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized care that supports long-term wellness, confidence, and meaningful patient relationships.
