Level 1 — Focused Acute Visit

$349 · 20–30 minutes

Designed for focused medical concerns that can typically be evaluated and managed during a straightforward visit, such as:

• Cold, cough, sore throat, or other upper respiratory symptoms
• Evaluation and testing for COVID-19, flu, RSV, or strep when indicated
• Urinary tract infection (UTI) symptoms
• Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
• Minor skin infections, redness, or swelling
• Blood pressure evaluation and medication management
• Short-term medication management for an acute condition

Level 2 — Complex Acute Visit

$499 · 45–60+ minutes

Designed for medically complex concerns that may require additional evaluation, time, or medical decision-making, such as:

• Multiple symptoms or health concerns
• Older adults with multiple medical conditions
• Initial evaluation of migraine or recurrent severe headaches
• Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy
• Extensive medication review
• Urgent blood testing or additional diagnostic evaluation when indicated
• More complex medical evaluation and decision-making
• Coordination with specialists or an emergency department

The appropriate visit level is determined by the clinician based on the complexity of your evaluation and care.

Diagnostic Testing

The following tests are included when medically indicated:

• Rapid COVID-19, flu, RSV, or strep testing
• Urinalysis
• Pregnancy testing

Additional or specialized testing may incur an additional charge.

• Home Blood Draw — $99

- Laboratory testing charges are billed separately by Quest Diagnostics. For patients with health insurance, we can provide the appropriate laboratory orders and insurance information so the laboratory may bill your insurance when applicable. Coverage, deductibles, copays, and other patient responsibility depend on your individual insurance plan and the laboratory.

• Stool Specimen Handling & Delivery — $35

- Available when collected during the same home visit.

Additional Procedures

Procedures and IV fluids with IV mediciations are not included in the visit fee and are charged separately when performed. Any additional charges will be discussed before treatment.

• Wound care and dressing — +$99
• Incision and drainage — +$199
• Simple laceration repair (sutures or skin adhesive) — +$199
• IV fluids with prescribed medications when medically appropriate — +$199

After-Hours Visits

Visits requested between 10 PM and 7 AM are subject to a $150 after-hours surcharge.

Same-Day Family Visits

Additional family members may be evaluated at the same location on the same day for $199 per person. This includes a focused medical assessment and basic testing when medically indicated.

Acute care visits are intended for urgent medical concerns that require timely attention but do not require emergency-room care.
