First-Time Patient ONEW Initial MD Evaluation & IV Treatment
Designed for first-time patients seeking personalized, physician-led IV therapy in the comfort of their home or office. Your visit includes a physician evaluation (in person or via telehealth), an individualized treatment recommendation, and IV therapy administered by a nurse practitioner.
Your physician and nurse practitioner will review your medical history, symptoms, and wellness goals to determine the most appropriate IV treatment. When medically appropriate, prescription medications such as anti-nausea or pain-relief medications may also be provided during your visit.
Optional Add-On: NAD+ 250 mg may be added to your treatment for $150.
